Trakblaze heads to American Short Line Expo.

You will find Trakblaze assisting our American agent – Southwestern Scale Company at this weekends American Short Line Regional Railroad Association (ASLRRA) annual conference which is more than an Exhibition. The ASLRRA encompasses educational railroad breakout tracks with discussion forums one current trends, changes, or developments in the rail industry with presentations by industry leaders, safety experts and government officials.
Attendees are railroad officials from the U.S., Canada and Mexico, rail supply representatives and government officials. This Exhibition is the only one dedicated to short line and regional railroads and the meeting attracts over 1700 attendees and guests per year.
On display this year will be our Mobile Train Weigher (MTW) and our Infinity train / wagon weighing systems.
The MTW is a train weighing system that can be conveniently transported and set up within minutes to spot check a rail vehicle / wagon – Anywhere – Anytime. The MTW allows you to bring the scale to the train!
Our Infinity weighing system is perfect for mine load outs, industrial plants, cement, power stations, steel mills etc and consists of electronic weigh sleepers & dummy sleepers braced together. There is no rail cutting, welding or grinding with minimal installation and track down time. In fact the Infinity system was the first in the World to achieve OIML approval to 85kph (50mph) in 2003.
