The most single cause of derailments is unbalanced loads, and the single most efficient way to better fuel economy is to ensure rail bogies are balanced as this creates smoother mobility of rolling stock and locomotives, and decreases the risk of rail track infrastructure damage…and in principle this also applies to the transport industry, but what is the right balancing system?

Depending on your rail workshop setup and or requirements there are specifically designed balancing systems such as a mobile bogie press.
