The INFINITY Train Weighbridge by TRAKBLAZE is a state-of-the-art Weigh In Motion (WIM) rail weighing system designed for both low-speed (LS) and high-speed (HS) train weighing. Whether in mining operations, industrial plants, or mainline rail networks, the INFINITY system delivers highly accurate, real-time train weight measurement with minimal track downtime.

INFINITY LS: Precision low-speed weighing up to 15 km/h.

INFINITY HS: High-speed train weighing up to 80 km/h.

No rail cutting, welding, or grinding is required—ensuring fast installation and uninterrupted rail operations.

The INFINITY HS Weigh In Motion system is designed for rail networks that require fast, accurate train weighing without stopping operations.

  • High-speed train weighing up to 80 km/h (subject to track conditions).
  • Minimal installation time – typically 2 to 3 days.
  • No rail cutting, welding, or grinding required – reducing track downtime.
  • Highly accurate weight measurement – ± 0.25% – 0.5% total train accuracy.
  • Remote monitoring – access weight data in real time from any location.
  • Durable and low-maintenance – quick part replacement in approx. 30 minutes.


System Components:

6 electronic weigh sleepers & 12 dummy sleepers, forming a solid structure.

Accessories, control cabinet, and PC with advanced train weighing software.

Concrete foundation or civil works are not always required, depending on site conditions.

The INFINITY LS Train Weighing System is ideal for mine loadouts, steel mills, cement plants, and power stations that require precise weight monitoring at low speeds.

  • Optimised for mine loadouts & industrial applications – prevent overloading.
  • Fast installation – typically 1 to 2 days.
  • Accurate train weight data – ± 0.5% – 2% per wagon, ± 0.25% – 0.5% total train accuracy.
  • Curved track installation possible (up to 5 km/h).
  • Quick maintenance – part replacement in approx. 30 minutes.

Ballast stabilisation is recommended for maximum weighing accuracy.
