GENESIS is a new and unique Mobile and Portable Bogie Test Press, Balancing and Weighing System designed for light rail vehicles, with a number of impressive advantages. This rail weighing scale can be easily moved, quickly set up and requires minimal operator training, thus eliminating the requirement for fixed systems in every workshop.
The GENESIS design distinguishes this system from commonly used pressing measurement test rigs, by the usage of a new pulling principle allowing an especially compact setup.
The GENESIS simulates operational loads and provides the data for wheel loads, parallelism of axles and wheel discs, as well as several other geometric measures at the same time.
This rail weighing scale can accommodate four and six-wheel bogies as well as various gauge sizes and bogie centres.
